President Mbeki's delegation includes Ministers Dr. Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma, Makhenkesi Stofile, Jeff Radebe, Sydney Mufamadi, Essop Pahad, Deputy Minister Jabu Moleketi, Directors General Frank Chikane and Dr Ayanda Ntsaluba as well as members of the 2010 local organising committee.
