| President  Jacob Zuma to co-chair South Africa-Mozambique Heads of State Economic  Bilateral Meeting President Jacob Zuma will co-chair the South Africa-Mozambique  Heads of State Economic Bilateral Meeting with his counterpart, President  Armando Guebuza, on Friday, 29 October 2010, in Pretoria. A Heads of State Economic Bilateral Forum between South Africa  and Mozambique was created in 1997. These meetings are held quarterly under the  chairmanship of the Presidents of South Africa and Mozambique and attended by  ministers and officials of relevant ministries from both countries.
