International Relations and Cooperation Minister Maite Nkoana-Mashabane will address the media on South Africa’s readiness to host the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCC) 17th Conference of the Parties and the 7th Meeting of Parties (COP17/CMP7) tomorrow, 30 September 2011, at the International Convention Centre Durban.
