Whether her department has awarded any contracts to a certain company (name furnished) since its establishment in 1996; if so, in each case, (a) when was the contract awarded and (b) what was the (i) nature of the contract and (ii) the total accumulative value of the tender?

According to departmental records, the Department has never awarded any contract to a certain company (name furnished) since its establishment in 1996. This was confirmed by verifying on the departmental Procurement (i.e. LOGIS) and Payment (i.e. BAS) systems, respectively.
