Minister Maite Nkoane-Mashabane to address media on her department's budget vote

International Relations and Cooperation Minister Maite Nkoana-Mashabane will brief the media ahead of her presentation to Parliament of the Budget Vote Speech of the Department of International Relations and Cooperation.
