(1) (a) On what date(s) and (b) at which venue(s) did representatives from the Republic of South Africa and those from the Commission of the African Union on the Material and Technical Organisation of the Meetings of the 30th Ordinary Session of the Permanent Representatives Committee meet in order to arrange for (i) the granting of diplomatic immunities and privileges and (ii) other logistical and/or technical aspects of the recently held African Union Summit;
(2) what are the (a) names and (b) designations of each of the individual representatives of (i) the Republic of South Africa and (ii) the Commission of the African Union on the Material and Technical Organisation of the Meetings of the 30th Ordinary Session of the Permanent Representatives Committee who were present at the meeting(s) to discuss the issues listed above;
(3) were any (a) minutes or (b) notes taken during the meeting(s); if so,
(4) will these documents be made publicly available; if not, why not; if so, when?

"As the Honourable Member is well aware, all his questions relate to a matter before the courts at the moment. The Honourable Member will also be fully cognizant of the Separation of Powers by the Constitution which requires our lawmakers not to run ahead of the courts but to allow judicial processes to fully run their course before intervening."
