Info Visa Requirements for South Africans Visas are required 
by South African passport holders.  Visas can be issued on arrival if prior authorisation 
has been reached with the Equatorial Guinean Foreign Ministry in Malabo. The

yellow fever certificate is required. Malaria is a high risk throughout the year. 
Immunisation is recommended for hepatitis A and B as well as for tetanus. Bilharzia
