Message of welcome to the South African High Commission Website
 
  • Please be advised that it is of permanent importance for every South African to inform Department of International Relations and Cooperation when one is visiting these Islands. You can send your email to: consular@dirco.gov.za.
  • Welcome to the South African High Commission website in Kingston, Jamaica (Antigua and Barbuda, Commonwealth of the Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Commonwealth of Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Haiti, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Suriname).
  • South African High Commission in Kingston, Jamaica is determined to promote national foreign interest of our Government through building, forging stronger economic and political cooperation with the above mentioned Islands which will be a direct product of a successful diplomatic relations.
  • Transiting visa is required if going through Britain or the USA for travelling to the Islands from South Africa.
  • These will assist amongst other things in case of Hurricane’s etc. We know who and where to look for assistance.
  • It is important also in the email to give full details of the person or people to be contacted in case of emergency.
  • Please feel free to contact the Mission in case of emergency as we are better equipped to render assistance through the relevant Governments.

citizen who is a holder of a national passport (Diplomatic, official or ordinary) is not required to hold a visa for an intended stay of 90 days or less. . Visa will be required after the permitted time.

ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA

citizen who is a holder of a national passport (Diplomatic, official or ordinary) is not required to hold a visa for an intended stay of 30 days or less. . Visa will be required after the permitted time.

COMMONWEALTH OF THE BAHAMAS

citizen who is a holder of a national passport (Diplomatic, official or ordinary) is not required to hold a visa for an intended stay of 30 days or less. Visa will be required after the permitted time.

BELIZE

citizen who is a holder of a national passport (Diplomatic, official or ordinary) is not required to hold a visa for an intended stay of 30 days or less. Visa will be required after the permitted time.
