High Commissioner Thamsanqa Dennis Mseleku, a teacher, diplomat and flexible leader with strong interpersonal skills developed through his passion for education and development. His passion for serving his country and people began in 1985 as Chairperson of the National Education Union of South Africa. With the dawn of democracy he was appointed as the Director-General of the Department of Education and later became the Director-General of the Department of Health.
High Commissioner Mseleku joined the diplomatic service in 2010 as the South African High Commissioner to the Federation of Malaysia. From Southeast Asia he was appointed to the United Republic of Tanzania 2015 -2019. In October 2019 he began his tour of duty in the Federal Republic of Nigeria. |
