Mrs Zanele Mbeki to Represent South
Africa at the Funeral of the British Queen Mother, 9
April 2002
Mrs. Zanele Mbeki will lead a South African delegation
which includes Mrs. Adelaide Tambo and South Africa's
High Commissioner to United Kingdom of Great Britain
Lindiwe Mabuza to the funeral of the late Queen Mother
scheduled for Tuesday 9 April in London.
South Africa takes this opportunity to express its
heartfelt condolences to Queen Elizabeth II, members
of the royal family, the government and the people of
Great Britain during these moments of grief.
