Condolences Offered to the Families
of Those Killed in Masvingo, Zimbabwe and Northern Syria
The South African Government conveys its deepest regret
to the families of the students killed in a head on
collision on their return to Masvingo from a soccer
match in Harare, and to the families of those killed
during the collapse of the Zeyzoun Dam in Northern Syria
which also caused widespread flooding and massive damage
to homes and farms in nearby villages.
The South African government expresses its condolences
to the bereaved families and to the Government and people
of Zimbabwe and Syria.
The people of South Africa grieve with those affected
at this difficult and painful time.
