Statement by President Thabo Mbeki on the Death of Lesotho's Minster in the Office of the Prime Minister, Mr. Vova Bulane

President Thabo Mbeki today, Wednesday 30 April conveyed on behalf of the Government and people of South Africa, his heartfelt condolences to Lesotho's Prime Minister Pakalitha Mosisili on the passing away of Minister in the Office of the Prime Minister, Mr. Vova Bulane.

Minister Bulane passed away on Saturday 26 April 2003 in a car accident
in Lesotho.
"It is with deep shock that I received the sad news of the passing away of Mr Vova Bulane, Minister in the Prime Minister's office on 26 April 2003 in a tragic car accident.

The Government and people of the Republic of South Africa join me in conveying our sincere and deepest condolences to, Your Excellency, to the Government and people of the Kingdom of Lesotho, especially the family and friends in mourning this great Son of the Soil" said President Mbeki in his message of support.
