South African Government Statement on
the Bomb Blast in Pakistan
The South African Government has noted with shock,
reports of attacks on a Shiite Muslim mosque which
left six people killed in Quetta, Pakistan on Friday,
4th July 2003.
The South African Government reiterates its unequivocal
condemnation of all such acts of terror expresses its
fullest confidence that the authorities in Pakistan
will ensure the perpetrators of these heinous acts to
face the full might of the law.
The South African Government expresses its sincerest
condolences to the Government, peoples of Pakistan and
families of those who lost their loved ones in the blast
and wishes those wounded a speedy recovery.
