Minister Membathisi Mdladlana to Attend
Funeral of Late Vice President of Zimbabwe
Minister of Labour, Membathisi Mdladlana will represent
the South African Government at the funeral of the late
Vice President of Zimbabwe, Simon Muzenda, scheduled
for Wednesday 24 September 2003 in Harare, Zimbabwe.
The South African Government reiterates its heartfelt
condolences to the Government and people of Zimbabwe
during this time of bereavement.
In his message of support, President Thabo Mbeki had
noted that the thoughts and prayers of the South African
people during this difficult moment are with the Government
and people of Zimbabwe, and particularly with the family
of the late Vice President, Simon Muzenda."
