The Presidency extends Condolences to
Rev Frank Chikane on the Death of his Mother
The Presidency today, Thursday June 17, extended heartfelt
condolences to Reverend Frank Chikane, Director General
in The Presidency, and his family, following the passing
on of his mother, Mrs Erenia Chikane.
Mrs Erenia Chikane who was born in 1927 passed away
today, in the early hours of the morning after a short
illness. The funeral is expected to be held next Saturday,
June 26.
President Thabo Mbeki said "all of us sympathize
deeply with the Chikane family in this hour of need".
