Media Advisory: South African Council for the Non-Proliferation Weapons of Mass Destruction

The South African Council for the Non-Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction regrets that it has not been possible so far to discuss recent developments relating to the contraventions of the:

• The Non-Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction Act, 1993 (Act No. 87 of 1993)
• The Nuclear Energy Act, 1999 (Act No. 46 of 1999).

The Chairperson of the South African Council for the Non-Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction, Abdul S Minty will brief the media tomorrow at a time that will be announced in due course.
