Minister Dlamini Zuma to Address a Women's Day Rally, 9 August 2004

Minister Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma will address an Eastern Cape Provincial Women's Day rally at the Bisho Stadium in Bisho, Eastern Cape. She is expected to address the gathering between 11:00 and 11:30 AM, today.
