Department of Foreign Affairs Panel Discussion on 16 Days of Activism of Non-Violence Against Women and Children, Tuesday, 29 November 2005

The Department of Foreign Affairs, as part of government's 16 days of activism of non-violence against women and children will host a panel discussion on Tuesday, 29 November 2005.

Held under the banner, "Non Violence Against Women And Children: An African An International Relations Issue?!" and moderated by SABC Africa's Daniel Makokera, participants will include Deputy Minister Sue van der Merwe, Ambassador January-Bardill, Paticie Rwimo (Ambassador of Burundi to South Africa), James Kimonyo (Ambassador of Rwanda to South Africa), and Scholastica Kimaryo (Resident Coordinator of the United Nations System also Resident Representative of the UNDP.
