Deputy President to Address the Arab Gulf Fund Global Award Ceremony, 8 December 2005

Deputy President Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka will later today, 8 December 2005, deliver a keynote address at the Arab Gulf Fund Global Award Ceremony in Cape Town. The Deputy President will be accompanied by the Western Cape Premier Ebrahim Rasool.
