Deputy President Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka Visits Lesotho, 9-11 November 2005

Deputy President Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka will today, 9 November 2005, depart for Lesotho, Maseru to attend the annual Smart Partnership International Dialogue 2005 meeting. The Deputy President will be in Lesotho from today until Friday 11 November 2005.

The meeting is organised by the Commonwealth Partnership for Technology Management, a network organisation set up to provide advisory services to commonwealth countries, institutions and organisations in the commonwealth and beyond, with particular reference to technology and environmental assessment and management.

This year's theme is "Towards a Smart Globe - Resourcing for Growth through Smart Partnership".
