President Thabo Mbeki to receive feedback from the APRM Country Review Mission

President Thabo Mbeki is to meet the African Peer Review Mechanism (APRM) Country Review Team leader and the focal point on 25 July 2006, to receive feedback from the Country Review Mission. The APRM Country Review Team, led by Prof Adebayo Adedeji of Nigeria, concludes their mission next week, after a three week provincial tour to collect further information to compile a response to the Country Self-Assessment Report. All media is invited for a picture opportunity prior to this meeting. The APRM focal point Minister Geraldine Fraser-Moleketi, Prof Adedeji and members of the review team will address the media at 13h00.
