DR PWA MULDER (FF PLUS) TO ASK THE MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS: (a)
Whether her Department, on behalf of the Government and by way of the South African
Embassy in Moscow, made a cash payment to a certain person in the period 1992-1993;
if not, why not; if so, (a) why and (b) what amount was paid out to him;
(b)
whether her Department has the relevant documentation (a) to motivate the payment
and (b) of acknowledgement of receipt by the said person and/or the Government
of the Russian Federation at its disposal?
