THE MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS: (1) Whether her department has been
approached by the Department of Home Affairs to make a recommendation on granting
asylum to a certain person (details furnished); if so, what are the relevant details?
N822E REPLY: (1) No. At the time of answering this question,
my Department had not been approached by the Department of Home Affairs to make
a recommendation on granting asylum to the person whose details were furnished.
