9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. The President of the French Republic welcomes the Heads of Delegation, at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès.

10.30 a.m. Official opening session.

1.00 p.m. Official luncheon given by the President of the French Republic in honour of the Heads of State and Delegation, at the Majestic Hotel.

2.45 p.m. Participants resume work in three thematic meetings at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès.

5:30 p.m. End of proceedings.

8:30 p.m. Official dinner given by the President of the French Republic in honour of the Heads of State, their Spouses, Heads of Delegation and Foreign Ministers, at the Carlton Hotel.

9:30 a.m. Plenary session and adjournment of proceedings at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès

12:30 p.m. Closing press conference at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès.
