Egyptian State Visit to South Africa and the Accreditation Requirements

Accreditation for Incoming Egyptian State Visit

South African President Thabo Mbeki will host his Egyptian counterpart President Mohamed Hosni Mubarak on a State Visit to Pretoria, South Africa scheduled from Monday – Wednesday 28 – 30 July 2008.

President Thabo Mbeki will host President Mubarak for discussions at the Union Buildings on Tuesday 29 July 2008.

Media Accreditation

Media who will cover the visit are requested to forward the following information to the email address malawanax@foreign.gov.za by Thursday 24 July 2008:

• Name
• Identity/passport number
• Organisation to which you belong

Unaccredited media will not have access to the official engagements on the programme.

A more detailed programme of the visit will be made available during the week.
