South Africa to discuss implications of Kosovo Developments
Pretoria- South Africa has noted developments regarding the Unilateral declaration of Independence by the Provisional Institutions of Self-Government in Kosovo on 17 February 2008 and the attendant UN Security Council discussions on the matter.
South Africa views this as a very complex matter that requires further reflection by the entire government. “This is a development that has taken place only yesterday and our government has to discuss it and see what the implications are, said Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr. Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma in Pretoria on Monday.
“This is a matter that we are seized with and the government as a whole has to discuss it and decide on how to proceed” concluded Minister Dlamini Zuma.
