Minister Dlamini Zuma to participate in Brick-Laying Ceremory of new Foreign Affairs Headquarters

South African Foreign Minister Dr Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma will on Friday 11 July 2008 participate in a brick-laying ceremony when she visits the new Department of Foreign Affairs Head Office site.
