Accreditation for SADC Extraordinary Summit

The South African government will host the SADC Extraordinary Summit of Heads of State and Government at the Sandton Convention Centre in Johannesburg, Gauteng on Sunday 9 November 2008.

Media wishing to cover this meeting are requested to forward details for accreditation to malawanax@foreign.gov.za and masangod@foreign.gov.za by Friday 7 November 2008 16h00.  Details required:

• Name
• Media House
• Identity №

Accreditation will be live and media will have to present themselves at the accreditation centre at the Sandton Conference Centre with the following documentation:

• South African Identity Document or Passport
• Press card or letter from the Editor

Media without the required documentation will not be accredited.

The accreditation centre will be operational on Saturday 8 November from 12h00 – 18h00, and on Sunday 9 November from 10h00.

Unaccredited media will not have access to the conference venue.
