Postponement of the visit to Burundi by President Jacob Zuma

The Media is advised of the postponement of the visit to Burundi by President Jacob Zuma to attend the Flag Lowering Ceremony marking the withdrawal of the South African Defence troops who are in Burundi as part of the United Nations Force,  as advised by the Director General, Dr Ayanda Ntsaluba on 30 July 2009.

The Media will be advised of the new date of the visit and the ceremony in due course.
