Minister Dlamini Zuma to Officially Open New State Protocol Lounge at the Cape Town International Airport

Foreign Minister Dr Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma will on Thursday 5 February 2009 officially open the new premises of the State Protocol Lounge (SPL) and unveil the SPL plaque at the Cape Town International Airport.
