IAEA DG speaks on the Topic, Towards a New Global Security System

Pretoria - The Director-General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Dr Mohamed ElBaradei will today, Monday 20 July 2009, give a session on “Towards a New Global Security System” at the South African Institute of International and African Affairs (SAIIA) in Johannesburg.
