Minister in the Presidency Mr Collins Chabane accompanies their Majesties King Harald V and Queen Sonja of Norway to Cape Town during their State Visit in South Africa

Minister in the Presidency, Mr Collins Chabane in his capacity as Acting Minister of International Relations and Cooperation and Minister for Arts and Culture, Ms Lulama Xingwana, supported by Senior Government officials will host and accompany Their Majesties King Harald V and Queen Sonja to a number of official engagements in Cape Town during their State Visit in South Africa.
