Cabinet extends the Contract of Dr Ayanda Ntsaluba DG of International Relations and Cooperation

Pretoria: In its Cabinet statement released to the media, today, Cabinet decided to extend the contract of Dr. Ayanda Ntsaluba, the Director–General of our Department. This decision was taken in the Cabinet meeting which was held yesterday, 29 July 2009.

In this regard, Cabinet stated that “Dr Ayanda Ntsaluba’s employment contract as Director General in the Department of International Relations and Cooperation was extended for a further three years. Cabinet expressed its full support and confidence in Dr Ntsaluba”.

In response, Dr. Ntsaluba “humbly thanked Cabinet for its expression of confidence and committed to continue to carry out the duties that have been assigned to him in the service of the Republic of South Africa”.
