Tenth Annual Regional Seminar on the Implementation of International Humanitarian Law, 4-7 May 2010

The Department of International Relations and Cooperation (the DIRCO) in partnership with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) will host the Tenth Annual Seminar on International Humanitarian Law from 04 -07 May 2010. This is an annual event and will feature high profile Speakers and will involve approximately 30 delegates from various SADC countries as well as further representatives from line-function departments.
