Statement on the Von Abo Pretoria High Court Ruling


Pretoria- The Department of International Relations and Cooperation has today, 09 February 2010 taken note of the judgement in the Von Abo matter by a Pretoria High Court Judge.

Accordingly, the Government’s legal advisors are applying their minds on the matter and will advise Government on the appropriate course of action to pursue.
