Mr Clayson Monyela starts his Duties as Deputy Director-General: Public Diplomacy

Mr Clayson Monyela has today, Wednesday 1 December 2010, started his duties as the Deputy Director-General for the Branch Public Diplomacy at the Department of International Relations and Cooperation (DIRCO). This follows the announcement by Cabinet after its meeting in Pretoria on 24 November 2010.

In this regard, Mr Monyela will be official spokesperson of the Department and the Minister. All media-related matters should be directed to him or to the Directorate Media & Ministerial Liaison. Mr Monyela can be contacted on 082 806 7405.
