Minister Nkoana-Mashabane to address NEDLAC on COP17/CMP7

International Relations and Cooperation Minister Maite Nkoana-Mashabane will address the NEDLAC on Wednesday, 28 September 2011, on the upcoming 17th Conference of Parties (COP17/CMP7) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, which will take place in Durban from 28 November to 09 December 2011. Minister Nkoana-Mashabane is the incoming President for COP17/CMP7.
