25 Days Countdown to the 17th Conference of the States Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP17/CMP7)
The Department of International Relations and Cooperation is planning to mark 25 days to the start of the COP17/CMP7 with a Tree-planting Ceremony scheduled for 03 November 2011 in Peddie, Eastern Cape Province. This event is part of a series of public awareness and outreach programmes by Government in the lead-up to COP17/CMP7.
