Minister Nkoana-Mashabane to deliver Budget Vote Speech

The Minister of International Relations and Cooperation, Ms Maite Nkoana-Mashabane, will deliver the Budget Vote Speech of the Department of International Relations and Cooperation for the financial year 2012/2013 on Wednesday, 25 April 2012. In the speech, Minister Nkoana-Mashabane is expected to focus on the implementation of South Africa’s foreign policy objectives as the core mandate of the Department of International Relations and Cooperation.
