Media arrangements for the pre-Global African Diaspora Summit events

Members of the media are requested to take note of the following arrangements that have been put in place for the Global African Diaspora Summit, which is to be hosted by the African Union in South Africa from 23 – 25 May 2012.

Members of the media who have already applied for accreditation to the Global African Diaspora Summit need not make separate applications for accreditation to the events listed above. Those who have not applied for accreditation are reminded that the deadline is Friday, 18 May 2012.

Prior accreditation is strictly required for the Ministerial Meeting on 23 May and the Summit on 25 May 2012. Please note that the Ministerial Meeting takes place in Pretoria (OR Tambo House) whereas the Summit takes place in Johannesburg (Sandton Convention Centre). 

Applications for accreditation should include the following:

Full Names
Name of media house
Designation (e.g., reporter, photographer)
ID/passport number
