President Zuma sends condolences to Papua New Guinea

His Excellency, President Jacob Zuma, on behalf of the Government and people of South Africa, has expressed his heartfelt condolences to the Government and people of Papua New Guinea following the accident at sea of the MV Rabaul Queen carrying around 350 people. 

President Zuma also wishes to express his support for the commitment, dedication and tenacity with which the Government and people of Papua New Guinea are dealing with the aftermath of this incident.

South Africans include in their prayers, the families and friends of the unfortunate citizens who have perished in this marine accident and hope that they will find solace in the outpouring of sympathy from people from across the world.
