Minister Nkoana-Mashabane to deliver Public Lecture at the University of Cape Town

International Relations and Cooperation Minister Maite Nkoana-Mashabane will deliver a public lecture at the University of Cape Town on “Celebrating the Legacy of Liberation Movements in Africa: Freedom Through Diplomacy”.
