President Zuma sends condolences following the demise of Dr Stanislaus Mudenge

His Excellency President Jacob Zuma extends his deepest condolences to the Mudenge family and the Government of Zimbabwe on the passing on of Dr Isaac Stanislaus Gorerazvo Mudenge whose untimely death struck on Thursday, 4th October 2012.

At the time of his death, Dr Mudenge was the Minister of Higher and Tertiary Education of the Republic of Zimbabwe.

Dr Mudenge did not only dedicate his life to the freedom of the people of Zimbabwe, whom he served in various capacities including as minister of Foreign Affairs, but will also be remembered as an outstanding historian.

President Zuma said: “Our thoughts go out to his wife, children, the entire Mudenge family and the people of Zimbabwe”.
