Whether the South African Embassy in Paris has air-conditioned offices; and if so,
- Whether they are in a working condition; if not, why not?

Yes. The Mission in Paris has an air-conditioning system which was installed in 1972 and the system was upgraded in 1985.

Yes. The cooling system is in operation during the summer months of July to September making use of a temporary chiller unit. A new air-conditioning unit to suit the new office environment will be installed during extensive renovations planned in 2012/13 and 2013/14 financial years.
