Deputy Minister Fransman to address the media on Prof. Karabus' case
The Deputy Minister of International Relations and Cooperation, Mr Marius Fransman, will address the media on the case of Prof. Cyril Karabus. Prof. Karabus has been held up in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, in connection with a decade-old case involving the unfortunate death of a three-year old cancer patient.
