Heads of State and Government to attend State Funeral Service in Qunu, Eastern Cape

The State Funeral of Former President Nelson Mandela, scheduled for Sunday, 15 December 2013, is expected to be attended by several Heads of State and Government, Former Heads of State, Eminent Persons, Heads of Delegation, Heads of International Organisations and the Diplomatic Corps.

Minister Nkoana-Mashabane said the South African government appreciates the continued support shown by the international community since the passing away on 05 December 2013 of Former President Mandela. “It is comforting to have amongst us leaders and other dignitaries representing the international community during this time of bidding our final farewells to Madiba,” said Minister Nkoana-Mashabane.
