Mrs S V Kalyan (DA) to ask the Minister of International Relations and Cooperation:
(a) Does her department prepare quarterly interim financial statements and
(b) Are these statements considered by the Audit Committee?
REPLY:
(a) Yes, the department prepares quarterly interim financial statements as per National Treasury Framework.
(b)The department does provide the Audit Committee with the second quarter interim financial statements as well as the fourth quarter annual financial statements for their consideration.
