Minister Nkoana-Mashabane and the Diplomatic Corps to do 67 minutes for Mandela Day

To mark International Nelson Mandela Day, International Relations and Cooperation Minister Maite Nkoana-Mashabane and members of the Diplomatic Community will undertake a number of activities at the Good Hope Community Organisation and the Ya Bana Orphanage in Winterveldt, which includes delivering food parcels, cooking for the children, as well as cleaning and gardening at the orphanage.

Furthermore, Minister Nkoana-Mashabane will be handing over a cheque to the Nelson Mandela Trust for the Nelson Mandela Children’s Hospital.

The participation of the Diplomatic Community signifies the international community’s honour and appreciation of Madiba’s example of selfless service.
