Deputy Minister Landers to deliver opening remarks at the 16th Annual Regional Seminar on International Humanitarian Law
The Department of International Relations and Cooperation (DIRCO) and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) will host the 16th Annual Regional Seminar on International Humanitarian Law on 23-26 August 2016 in Pretoria under the theme: “Protection of persons and property in times of armed conflict.”
