South Africa joins international community in condemning the attack in Lahore, Pakistan

The South African Government condemns in the strongest terms the cowardly attack in Lahore, Pakistan on 27 March 2016 and stands with the international community in reiterating its stance that terror attacks, in whatever form and from whichever quarter, cannot be condoned.

The Government of South Africa expresses its deepest sympathy and condolences to the families of the victims and thinks especially of the children who lost their lives in this attack. Our thoughts and prayers are with the people of Pakistan during this difficult time.
